Mainly used on carpet, the bottom brush roller has stopped working; the accessory brush is difficult to dislodge; the handheld vac is even harder to remove from it's frame; at times the whole unit won't start; only approx 15mins running time on full power; not to mention how un-ergonomic it is to use as the handle doesn't fit your hand properly to maneuver the vac easily over carpet.
